Playtime

We hung out at Keystone recently. W rode his push bike around and played at one of the parks. He actually went down the slide. How fast he is turning into a big boy. Not so long ago, he would not have played much at this park, the slides are kind of scary and now he rules it.

More Time at the Pool

This past weekend we had to go to the pool, it was hot. W now has water wings and thinks they make him strong. He is getting a little more daring in the water. Still won't stick his head underwater, even with goggles.

Never thought I would be the big pregnant (37 weeks) woman at the pool, but it was nice on the body. (not so much on the eyes, that is a lot of white belly to be sharing with the world)

Bug Hunter

W loves looking and smooshing bugs. His Grammie & Papa got him this bug kit. (the net was originally to fish out all of the bugs he was getting in his pool)

Arts n Craft

W doing some arts and crafts with Daddy this morning. He is quite the painter.

More Smores

Since we did not get out camping this summer, we got a fire pit. It has been fun pretending to camp. W will be a pro for next summer's camping season.

4th of July

Besides his breakdown, W enjoyed the 4th of July parade this year. It's an annual event we go to and it
never fails, W has at least one meltdown during the parade. Last year he lost his balloon, luckily a very nice man gave him a new one. The year before that, he actually threw himself on the ground and screamed for 20 minutes. This year, he got squirted right in the eye with water and then someone in the parade handing out candy gave him peanut M&Ms. He rebounded nicely. One of these years he will have a good parade.

Playing in the water. The fire dept sets up 2 hoses and lets kids spray them at each other.
