Super Bowl Half Time

The Super Bowl was not easy to watch this year with a 3 1/2 year old.  He did not see the importance of watching new commercials.  Also, we paused the game a few times and lost about an hour when a another show began to record.  C was not happy since the game got really good at the end. But since the Packers weren't playing, it really didn't matter.

Beautiful January day in the Rock

The weather was great during our visit in Castle Rock. W played some hopscotch.

C had to climb up on G-ma & G-pa Shotts' roof to get a couple of deflated balloons.  So, naturally once the ladder came out, W had to climb it.  He went up and down all by himself.  He was very proud.  

Hunting Golf Balls

We were down visiting G-ma & G-pa Shotts recently (before they took off on their adventures to Qatar for the next year) and W wanted to get one last golf ball hunt in.  The whole family got involved.  It was a very successful hunt - 27 balls were found.

We came to a conclusion, Plum Creek Golf Course has some really bad golfers.  Which is great for our hunting.
